Protect sharks int he Mediterranean

On the occasion of the event “Big marine animals Day”, organized on April 13th 2013, the Natural History Museum in Venice hosts the traveling exhibition “Sharklife: protect sharks in the Mediterranean” carried out as a project of research and conservation of sharks and rays.
Sharklife is the first European project dedicated to the conservation of sharks and it is promoted by the EU, with CTS leader and FIPSAS, AGCI-AGRITAL, CIBM, Cetacea Onlus Foundation, National Park of La Maddalena, Marine Protected Area of the Pelagie Islands.

INFORMATION:
The exhibition is open to the public from April 13th to April 28th 2013, during the opening time of the Museum. The Museum ticket grants the access also to this exhibition, except during the event on April 13th, when the access is free.
